Cicada is a sustainable land management business with a large portfolio spanning solar energy, forestry, carbon, and commercial & small-scale agriculture.

I have done many pieces of work for Cicada over the the last two years, including advisory on regulation including Article 6, BVCM and SBTi, grant applications for their small scale farming program, carbon project marketing documents, research on soil carbon & biodiversity methodologies, a white paper on their fund to address deforestation, research on conservation accreditations, soil carbon economic modelling, and investment prospectuses for each arm of the group.

I crafted a document showcasing their sustainability story, their substantial portfolio of CSR projects and their large network of beneficiaries.

ZCA represents organisations active in developing the voluntary carbon market in Zimbabwe.

I wrote a comprehensive briefing report for them on the status of international carbon regulation, specifically Article 6, to be presented to government during the development of Zimbabwe’s Carbon Framework.

Zimbabwe is the first country to have issued Article 6.4 credits with corresponding adjustments.

AWE is developing a portfolio of high-integrity nature finance solutions in real conservation settings that create sustainable models to protect biodiversity and positively contribute to local livelihoods.

I worked on an investment deck for AWE showcasing their projects to an audience of carbon credit and biodiversity-focussed investors.

I was involved in a supply chain study of UEBT’s, during which I conducted desktop research and stakeholder interviews into the ethics, integrity and sustainability of the cultivation practices of specific agricultural crops across Zimbabwe.

STRAPlite offers an impressive proven model of recycling plastic bottles collected from around Zimbabwe into industrial strapping tape.

I created an investment document for them detailing a prospective new plastic recycling project and product line within their proven wheelhouse.

Cardinal is leading real estate developer in Zimbabwe with a large portfolio and growing holistic awareness of environmental and social factors.

Mukana is a start-up with the vision of transforming rural schools into eco-hubs that educate communities on sustainable development best practice.

I worked on Mukana’s sustainability & resilience strategy, overall vision, stakeholder interview material and also had a hand in planting an indigenous tree grove at their pilot project.

Khula is proposing a large mixed-use development to transform the City of Victoria Falls.

After years of research and preparation by the company, I worked with Khula on compiling the final, very comprehensive document that detailed the development and considered it from every aspect (economic, social, environmental, and cultural) and I also assisted in the presentation to the local council.
