Type of Work: Contract-based, project-based, deliverable-based or hourly work for a fixed or variable term. Generally I work remote, but am open to in-person and can travel. No minimum contract length.

Costs: Typical hourly rates provided below.

• Standard: $50 / h. Applicable to individuals, start-ups, small to medium sized enterprises & those with limited budgets.

• Abundant: $65 / h. Applicable to larger corporates & those with more financial freedom.

• Pro Bono: I am also open to work on a voluntary basis if the project aligns deeply with my interests, so please still get in touch :)

• It is also possible to formulate a bespoke compensation arrangement based on the nature of the project.

• **Furthermore, as core to my mission of supporting high-quality sustainability projects, I offer all clients the opportunity to add 5% to the bill which I will personally match and have these funds donated to the client’s chosen project from a menu of Kyla Works approved & proven projects. 

Payment Terms: Transfer to a UK or USA bank account. I charge a 25% deposit and invoice bi-weekly or monthly with clear detail on work delivered against the quote.

Preferred Clientele: Individuals, grassroots organisations, smaller companies & NGOs. I am open to larger corporate work and government advisory, but my preference is for smaller-scale relationship-based arrangements.
